Assists in directing and coordinating activities of workers engaged in collecting delinquent accounts of customers.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
2-4 years of management experience or have completed the Management Training Program successfully. Internal candiates must have demonstrated a thorough knowledge of InteLogix policies and procedures.
Computer Experience:
Must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems.
