Onsite Position in Copperas Cove, Texas

Salary Range: Up to $18.00 hourly + benefits

The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operations to create and implement a talent acquisition strategy for identifying internal and external talent.
  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
  • Complete phone interviews, schedule on-site interviews, process on-site interviews, track the hiring process, and assist with the development of new recruiting processes and tools
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, and using job sites.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants and consistent set of qualifications.
  • Manage and administer application process including screening, paperwork, relevant testing, reference checking, background/credit checks, company systems, and recordkeeping, in compliance with EEO standards and company expectations.
  • Attract qualified candidates by posting fliers, networking through the community, and attending job fairs.
  • Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
  • React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
  • Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
  • Perform additional duties as required by management

Qualifications

Education:          

Must have a High School Diploma/GED            

         

Experience:       

Minimum of 2 years experience in related recruiting experience

                      

Computer Skills:

Employees must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

 

Skills/Abilities:  

  • Knowledge of candidate selection method
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate database is a plus.
  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Effective communication skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Ability to work with others
  • Manage time effectively
  • Solve problems or issues that may come up
  • Concentrate and focus for extended periods of time
  • Cope with high-stress and changing environment
  • Adhere to policies and procedures
  • Adhere to work schedule and meet deadlines
