InteLogix is seeking a Superior Court Clerk to join our organization.  In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Salary Range: Up to $20.000/hour pay is determined by scope of responsibility within the role, your experience, location and other job related factors

Responsibilities

  • Work onsite at the assigned superior court to represent InteLogix
  • Maintain positive client relations by providing courteous and professional assistance
  • Assist defendants by providing information regarding their cases and answering inquiries
  • Accept payments on cases referred to InteLogix, accurately document account information, and ensure appropriate processing
  • Prepare and make daily bank deposits or arrange for courier services; securely manage all funds
  • Process postdated checks and unidentified payments according to established guidelines
  • Arrange court appearances before Comissioners/Judges as requested
  • Handle/process abstract release requests for customers
  • Identify delinquent cases suitable for placement with InteLogix
  • Research disputed "AVR" accounts in the InteLogix system and document findings as system notes
  • Provide additional assistance to court staff as needed
  • All other duties/tasks as assigned

Qualifications

What We Look for in a Candidate:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Clear and effective communication, both, orally and written
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Flexible schedule
  • One year Superior Court Traffic Department or Traffic School experience is preferred
  • One year of cash handling experience is preferred
  • Ability to remain engaged throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
  • Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
  • Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
