This Vice President Business Development role requires a strategic, innovative, multi-talented leader with deep BPO, and progressive business development, work experience to help InteLogix expand into new markets, increase market share, and grow its client base. The ideal candidate will be obsessive about setting and achieving targets, and driving prospects through the sales cycle.

 

This role will be expected to design, develop, and execute the business development strategy across InteLogix direct-to-consumer markets. In addition, this role will manage and oversee tier one and Fortune 500 prospects and clients through the sales cycle to close. Strong in entrepreneurial spirit, this VP will also help develop the sales approach, and support InteLogix in evolving its sales practice.

 

This Vice President of Business Development will employ innovation, creativity, and modernization in driving excellence in identifying, driving to completion, and delivering strong opportunities for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, design, develop, and lead a sales and business development book of business.
  • Achieve success through partnering with internal subject matter experts and incorporating next level services into conversations including consulting, big data analytics, W@Home agents, AI and Intelligent Automation.
  • Lead efforts to acquire new customers and increase revenue through demand creation, channel engagement, managing pipelines and closing sales.
  • Aggressively pursue, develop, and execute strategies to create and deliver on an account plan for each prospect.
  • Establish the platform to create long-lasting client relationships by working to solve complex client issues through InteLogix’s platforms.
  • Develop strategies in responding to RFP opportunities for optimal results.
  • Develop and design, working with internal SMEs, RFP and RFI responses.
  • Work with internal partners to determine best markets to place potential new business.
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, and other similar activities to mine for prospective business and establish relationships.
  • 50% - 65%+ travel required.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors’ degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10-15+ years of business development, sales, or sales consulting experience required.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in BPO/business development/call-center organizations required.
  • 10-15+ years of experience presenting to external prospects, potential clients, and senior leadership required.
  • Proven track record of progress, year over year success in landing, closing, and growing multi-million dollar opportunities.
  • Understanding of marketing practices and approaches preferred.
  • Strong understanding of call center operations, vendor management, and BPO ecosystems.
  • Strong experience on CRM systems commonly-used in business development required.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Entrepreneurial orientation, driving for opportunities and demanding the business create or deploy capabilities in order to close deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive success in a complex, dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and sound decision-making.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities successfully; proven ability to manage improvement projects.
