InteLogix is seeking a Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative to join our organization, remote. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. The Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative involves providing assistance to customers regarding inquiries related to bankruptcy treatment on their accounts, both through inbound phone calls and offline correspondence. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer questions about credits, debits, balances and the bankruptcy process, as well as handle notices received via email or mail. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing consumer bankruptcy automation fallout and addressing inquiries/complaints received from customers or attorneys via email and mail, manually processing accounts associated with business filings, including calculating pre-petition credits, creating statements of account (SOAs) for proof of claim filing, and handling dismissed cases, as well as additional research for preference actions, stay violations, and disputes related to proof of claim filed.
