The Opportunity 

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our growth initiatives in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a solid understanding of European market dynamics, particularly within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

 

This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a strong client network in EMEA, and the ability to develop and maintain high-value relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic growth initiatives across the EMEA region
  • Research and gather data on marketing trends, competitive services and pricing 
  • Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking and leveraging existing contact base                     
  • Produces business plans for new product development
  • Develops negotiating strategies by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
  • Performs sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Interacts with existing customers to increase sales of services                                                                  
  • Build, manage and optimize B2B relationships            
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to understand and exceed customer’s business needs
  • Travel (up to 50%) is required to support business needs
  • Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
  • React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
  • Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
  • Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others
  • Perform additional duties as required by management from time to time

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development/sales within the BPO industry
  • Experience in contract negotiations, program management, and business to business sales
  • Strong experience in the European market, with awareness of local business culture and BPO trends
  • Prior leadership experience in EMEA sales strategy and operation

Skills & Abilities:

  • Fluent in English required, Spanish, French or German preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability and track record of success
  • Must be able to interpret data quickly and effectively
  • Able to overcome objections, solve problems, and use data to forecast potential situations
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills in both one-on-one meetings and group presentations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated, high energy and an enthusiastic attitude; demonstrates a need to win
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Must be career driven with an exceptional focus to achieving results
  • Must be willing and able to travel weekly
