Responsible for the efficient operation of a unit of employees.

Provide quality customer service, information regarding products, and assistance to external and/or internal customers.

Promote the company as a top provider of call center solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies that will increase revenues and profits.Maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new leads with these clients. Work with departments within InteLogix to ensure prompt and effective customer service.  

Provides quality service and information regarding various available products to inbound callers regarding student loan accounts. This position receives, comprehends, provides, and responds to routine informational inquiries and service requests through the use of various communication technologies including but not limited to telephones, e-mail, facsimile, postal mail, and the Internet.

Assists in directing and coordinating activities of workers engaged in collecting delinquent accounts of customers.

Handle inbound and outbound calls for assigned client, providing customer service, collection efforts as specified by the client and InteLogix.
